AudioFrame 15 – National Library of Ireland
An AudioFrame 15 has been used within the exhibition to create an audio station titled “Words & Music” which shares a number of button activated tracks. This includes Irish poetry of WWI, popular songs of the period and original letters from those who were affected by the conflict.
‘World War Ireland’ is a new exhibition at the National Library of Ireland which examines World War One from the Irish perspective both at home and on the front lines. Drawing on an array of items from the NLI collection including diaries, letters, photographs, leaflets, posters and newspapers – visitors gain insight into the Irish experience of World War One with access to various forms of audio, video and touchscreen installations.

Exhibition designers ‘Tandem Design’ utilised the easily altered front button artwork and developed a panel which would fit graphically with the rest of the exhibition.
