Video Wall – Customer Experience Room
12 x 55″ screens installed closely together allows for the massive room-spanning output, flanked on each side by orange-boarded walls. The default scheme allows for a pleasing, eye-grabbing contrast to the room.
Blackbox-av were commissioned by a private military contractor to renovate and fit out a new ‘Customer Experience Room’ designed for presentations to potential clients.
False walls were constructed, light fittings replaced with dimmable units, customisable LED strips installed and orange ‘white’ boards mounted (matching branding) to create a modern ‘stealthy’ atmosphere.
12 x 55″ screens comprising of 3 separate video sections were then installed spanning the entire length of the room, powered by 3 individual small form factor PC’s.
RGB and other lighting controls are located near the room’s entrance allowing the client to alter the glow seen encircling the room.
The final result is an impressive room boasting a huge video wall that operates as a great canvas for the presentation of video content, with easily adjusted lighting that allows the client to alter the mood of the room at ease.
