Burren Smokehouse – 55″ Touch Table with Quiz & Puzzle

The award winning Burren Smokehouse is home to some of the finest smoked fish in Ireland. Opening doors to a new visitor centre, ‘Taste the Atlantic – Salmon Experience’ is a self-guided interactive tour exploring the history of salmon fishing as well as sustainable aquaculture through signage & touchscreen software.

Designed by Vinehall Displays, the interactive space features a mix of traditional artefacts alongside digital multimedia displayed via one of our Sleek 55″ Multi-Touch Tables. Running our off-the-shelf touchscreen software package ‘Lightbox 3’, the Touch Table allows visitors to engage with the subject matter through the use of fun interactive apps ‘Quiz’ & ‘Puzzle’.

Vinehall were able to create their own Quiz and Puzzles from scratch as well as brand the archive to their requirements thanks to the simple to use backend management system. This system also allows Vinehall to edit and add to each interactive when required.

The Quiz app is a great way to test visitors knowledge whilst the Puzzle app allows them to learn more thanks to the triggering of informative content upon the successful completion of each puzzle.
