You may have seen last week that we added a brand new product to our online shop, which is our free-standing iPad stand & enclosure.

What is it?
It’s an enclosure specifically designed for the Apple iPad, and can take it from a simple tablet to a state of the art browsing kiosk. The stand and enclosure securely lock the iPad (not included) in place, ensuring tamper proofing thanks to a solid black powder coated steel construction. It’s ideal for any public environment that is looking to upgrade and/or enhance their site.
What’s Included?

This product includes the stand itself and features a key to turn the iPad on and off (without needing to remove it from the enclosure). It’s easy to setup and take apart thanks to the lightweight casing  and is locked tight by security screws. The base at the bottom of the pole can either be mounted into the floor, or left to stand on its own via an additional weighted option.

Unfortunately, the only thing that isn’t included with this product is the iPad itself or power cable (you’ll have to source those on your own!).

An earlier version of this enclosure was made for the National Museum of Ireland as a bespoke product, whilst the new model has recently been supplied to Headway Cambridge for their upcoming exhibition.
